Bijou consists of two levels, ground and the upper floor all set within six arches. Decadent crystal chandeliers and high ceilings all add to the sumptuous splendour.

The Champagne bar and V.I.P room are located on the upper level maximising on the city centre views, from within the V.I.P room and the use of smart glass, at the flick of a switch you can look out on to the dance floor, giving you the option to party in private or partake in the ultimate voyeurism. From the upper zone you are also able to access the outside terrace, enabling you to continue the party with the back drop of the city.

Bijou is the perfect venue for weddings, corporate events, drinks receptions and fashion shows set in a contemporary and comfortable environment, complete with glamour and style. In fact, while Bijou is one of the regions largest ‘Uber-clubs,’ its interior layout is ideally arranged for the space to be sub-divided or used in its entirety for when the biggest splash is called for. We have party packages available to hold theatre style conferences for 50 delegates and with our many break out syndicate rooms we can increase this number to 200.

The main Jewel here at Bijou is the fact that we have the added bonus of a 200 capacity private terrace complete with its own bar, DJ and BBQ area.  The Cigar terrace truly is the perfect area to relax and enjoy cocktails in the warm summer months.

In January 2010, Bijou worked alongside Talk Back TV to film ITV’s Saturday prime time dating show TAKE ME OUT. The show itself generated nationwide interest boosting the clubs profile within the North West. This media exposure has helped the club to form new relationships, with no other than Granada TV; whom use the location for filming scenes for the UK’s leading soap Coronation Street.

We have parking to the rear and opposite the premises with Victoria Train Station less than 100 yards away. Bijou is proud of the reputation it has earned and works tirelessly to ensure that guests and clients enjoy a great experience each and every time they visit!
